Job Description

We are IQ Kids Nursery, a leading educational nursery with four branches in Abu Dhabi (Bani Yas - Shakhbout - Al Shamkha - Al Bahya).
We are looking for a Social Media & Recruitment Officer to join our creative and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:



Manage the nursery's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Create and publish engaging and creative content

in both Arabic and English

that reflects the nursery's identity and attracts parents. Monitor social media campaigns and respond to inquiries. Handle recruitment tasks: posting job ads, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews. Collaborate with management to maintain a professional and appealing online image for the nursery.

Requirements:



Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media or recruitment.

Fluency in both Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Strong content writing and communication skills in both languages. Positive, organized, and professional personality. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in nurseries or early childhood education.

Job Details:



Location: Abu Dhabi - Bani Yas - Shakhbout - Al Shamkha - Al Bahya. Working hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Days off: Saturday and Sunday.
Job Type: Full-time
