Job Requirements:

Responsible for managing the social media accounts and developing social media strategies to promote the brand and engage with customers.

Following responsibilities:

Must have Healthcare Experience
Developing and executing social media strategies to build brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive website traffic.
Creating and curating content for social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Managing social media campaigns, including creating ad campaigns and analyzing their effectiveness.
Monitoring social media channels for brand mentions and engaging with customers to build brand loyalty and resolve issues.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, creative, and customer service, to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporating them into strategies.
Analyzing social media data and generating reports to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
Managing social media budgets and ensuring the cost-effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Monitoring and responding to social media crises in a timely and effective manner.
Skilled in social media marketing, have a strong understanding of customer behavior on social media, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
