: Manage multiple social media accounts on different social media platforms including but not limited to (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
Build an adequate understanding of the company's requirements, products, and services, and establish proper and professional communication channels with relevant stakeholders
Manage social media communities, engage with fans and followers, and provide prompt responses and updates.
Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and video/photographer to request visuals and videos posted on social media accounts.
· Creates social media campaigns and strategies, including planning, content, and implementation schedules monthly.
Ensures brand consistency in social media messages by working with various company department members.
Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future social media strategies and campaigns.
Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok, and Instagram.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of social media account management experience.
Excellent language skills in both English and Arabic (Available to talk and type in Kuwaiti is a plus).
Responsible, self-motivated, and deadline oriented Tech savvy, creative, and able to learn and implement new trends, tools, and technology.
Excessive attention to detail with an eye for good designs
