Responsibilities: As a Social Media Executive, your responsibilities include maintaining our online presence, creating compelling and engaging content, monitoring engagement, receiving feedback, and responding to viewer questions. Your duties include collaborating with the creative team, maintaining databases, and exploiting maximum value from our social media platforms. \xc3\x98 Updating our social media accounts and posting content. \xc3\x98 Overseeing ad campaigns, promotions, and competitions. \xc3\x98 Optimizing content for different platforms. \xc3\x98 Scheduling content release times for maximum effect. \xc3\x98 Responding to engagement and reader\xe2\x80\x99s questions. \xc3\x98 Collaborating with designers and videographers. \xc3\x98 Oversees all company social media accounts management \xc3\x98 Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages. \xc3\x98 Coordinates social media messaging with marketing department, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals. \xc3\x98 Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction. \xc3\x98 Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns \xc3\x98 Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement. \xc3\x98 Interviews, hires, and trains social media team members. \xc3\x98 Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages. \xc3\x98 Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent, Public Relations, Journalism, Internet Design, or Business Management.
• Having 2-3 years proven experience in real estate is required.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and best practices.
• Ability to write and create engaging content.
• Fluency in Microsoft office suite (outlook, Excel, Word, Power point etc.)
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, social listening tools, and AI tools.
• Proficient written and spoken English skills - are essential for this role.
