We are seeking a creative Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. Role Overview The candidate will be responsible for be responsible for providing excellent Asset Management and technical troubleshooting skills to our systems and networks. Responsibilities
Expected Start Date: 06/11/2023
- Hands-on, relevant experience of managing and optimizing social media handles \xe2\x80\x93 Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc
- Updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, brand image projection, and customer engagement.
- Plan and implement social media Content plan/strategy through competitive research and best practices.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages engagement, likes, and followers for each social media channel.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company\xe2\x80\x99s social content.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Continuously improve by analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices and then acting on the information
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
- Good content writing/copywriting skills with a strong creative design orientation
- Familiar with social media tools for scheduling, listening, and sentiment analysis, like Hootsuite etc. for day-to-day execution and monitoring activities.
- Is familiar with the local blogger and online PR community, with efficacy in influencer marketing.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing
- 2-3 years of proven working experience in social media marketing, preferably in financial services/Banking/Insurance related sectors
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
- Demonstrable social media experience with good knowledge of social analytics tools
- An innovative approach to work
