Job Description

We\'re looking for a Social Media Executive who is passionate about social media and who has a strong understanding of how social media can be used to achieve business goals. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating and managing social media content, and engaging with social media users. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills, be highly organized, and have a strong interest in digital marketing. Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing social media content, participate in online conversations, manage online reputation, and monitor engagement
• Engage with customers by responding to questions, complaints, and comments, and solicit feedback to improve product and service offerings
• Maintain active social media presence, posting regularly to social networks and blogs
• Coordinate website updates, including content and structure, and optimize content throughout the website
• Maintain and update website content including online descriptions and product listings
• Coordinate paid online advertising, including creating and executing targeted online ad campaigns
• Develop and execute online promotion campaigns
• Develop an email marketing strategy, including monitoring email open rates and click-through rates, and developing weekly newsletters
• Seek out and apply for new social media opportunities
• Generate new social media content, using existing content, and supporting the sales team
• Gather, analyze, and report on social media metrics.

Requirements And Skills:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in public relations, marketing, and communications
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to turn complex ideas into engaging and accessible content
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across varying audiences

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Social Medial Marketing: 2 years (Required)
