Full Job responsibilities:

• Coordinate, manage and craft content for the social media posts
• Developing content material for GBE Broker's account in: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Developing Ecommerce strategies
• Leads the Affiliate Marketing team, working within the Digital Marketing team reporting to the Dubai Branch Managing Director.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across eCommerce Affiliate Marketing networks and affiliates as per each brand campaign plan, to best reach, engage and convert customers and deliver the P&L.

• Work with the sales team, and create content, expand the GBE brand locally and internationally.
• Create engaging advertising and improve the customer experience and media performance via marketing metrics.

• Carry out regular marketing-campaigns, identify areas for marketing improvement.

• Improve commercial performance, quality of content, customer experience, our internal and external partner relationships, and the overall profile of the team and channel.

• Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages

• Drive engagement on social media content, and build a consistent social media presence (locally and another regions)

• Track, analyze, influence and communicate key metrics to support ongoing marketing campaigns.

Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Financial and Trading Markets (Preferred)
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English (other languages are a plus)
• High attention to detail and affinity for data analysis.
• High levels of self-motivation, energy and initiative with a commitment to excellence.
• Good knowledge in Forex, investment and trading

Experience:

• Digital marketing: 2-5 years (Preferred)
• Knowledge about Financial Trading and Forex.
• Bachelor degree (Preferred)
