SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE About the Job You'll be in charge of Social media initiatives for a protofolio of a number of clients and develop social media marketing strategies, monitor implementation of that strategy with a small team of talented specialists. This includes hands on work, overseeing the work of others and tweaking the approach in improving efficiencies. Job Responsibilities The ability to use social media to maintain or build a brand is necessary to be a Social Media Account Executive. You are expected to regularly post text, video and images that engage the company's target market, follow online conversations on a company's social media accounts and solve customer concerns using social media platforms. Great verbal and written communication skills are essential for this occupation. A Social Media Account Manager must interact with writers, designers, developers and customers and report to senior management personnel. As good communicators, these professionals must identify social media events such as an interesting hashtag or a sensitive topic and share appropriate content that aligns with the company's socialmedia strategy. Crafting engaging content is an important skill for a Social MediaManager. These professionals must constantly align content with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage people. Computer skills, skills in using social media platforms and skills in using tools that analyze social media platforms are requirements for this position. A Social Media Manager must use digital technologies to meet the goals of social media campaigns. Skills in learning social media trends, identifying new social media tools and finding real-time online conversations are necessary for this position. Social Media Managers must have an understanding of the trends and techniques of social media as well as the company's online presence to effectively handle social media marketing. The skill of organizing tasks to meet deadlines is essential for this professional role. You will work according to schedules and must meet marketing and business goals List of Tasks:

  • Develop social media calendars for clients
  • Deliver thorough, detailed, and relevant social calendar management updates with clients and in team meetings
  • Work with the design team to develop content and calendars for a variety of social media platforms, including creative campaigns
  • Formulate ideas for photoshoots and video production
  • Work with the content team to develop and maintain a consistent tone and voice per client, per channel
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing and Inbound Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve client objectives
  • Manage social media campaigns for clients, including community development, community engagement, content development, ad development, and reporting and analytics
  • Regularly report and analyze the performance of social campaigns, both organic and paid
  • Have a clear understanding of client budgets and deadlines and meet both regularly
Must Haves
  • Previous Digital Agency or client side Experience.
  • A min of 1 year experience in account management and client servicing
  • Proven track record of handling multiple client accounts
  • Fluent oral and written communication in English and Arabic
  • Credible leadership skills capable of motivating agency teams and promoting the trust of our clients.
  • Highly motivated, undaunted by rewarding hard work and passionate about all things Digital.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital analytics and associated reporting tools.
  • Proven track record of proactively identifying business opportunities and retaining and growing accounts.
  • Structured, organized and at ease managing multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations, deliverables, deadlines, details and relationships at the same time.
  • Problem solver and creative thinker.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced collaborative work environment
  • Deep understanding of how digital content moves through today's media landscape and define relevant and impactful strategies
  • Should be excellent in presentation skills. .
  • Exhibits passion and proactive energy for new and emerging social media platforms, promotional tools and solutions
