Video editing, photography, photo editing, and WordPress website management skills are required, along with prior experience in the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Manage and optimize the company website using WordPress, including UX/UI improvements, content updates, and SEO optimization.
Plan and run SEM campaigns to increase traffic and generate qualified leads.
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and create visually appealing content.
Edit videos, take high-quality photos, and perform photo editing to promote properties and strengthen brand identity.
Plan, execute, and monitor paid digital advertising campaigns.
Analyze marketing performance metrics (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain brand consistency.

Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media, prior experience in the UAE real estate market is mandatory.
Strong skills in video editing, photography, photo editing, and WordPress management.
Experience managing and optimizing websites (UX/UI, content, SEO).
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, and digital analytics tools.
Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Canva, and Google Analytics.
Excellent communication, writing, and visual content creation skills.
Fluent in English.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
