to take the lead in driving our online presence and lead generation efforts.

Job Summary:

As a

Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

, you'll be at the forefront of our digital efforts--planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with our content creators, designers, and tech team to boost visibility, generate quality leads, and grow the Cohub brand across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

, and

LinkedIn

, aligned with lead generation goals. Manage and regularly update property listings on

Dubizzle, Bayut

, and other classified platforms to ensure visibility and

lead

engagement. Monitor campaign KPIs, conversion rates, and other performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Develop and maintain a

content calendar

; create, schedule, and publish engaging and brand-aligned posts across all major social media platforms. Build and implement comprehensive SEO/SEM strategies, including keyword research, site structure optimization, and Google Ads targeting. Design visual content including

graphics, banners, and social media creatives

, and take

high-quality photographs

as needed to maintain brand consistency. Analyze campaign results using Google Analytics, Search Console, and related tools; prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations. Experience or working knowledge of

WordPress

, Elementor is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in digital marketing Strong analytical and creative thinking skills Excellent communication and project management abilities Knowledge of content marketing, automation tools, and CRM is a plus
