JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a social media & digital marketing specialist with at least two years of experience in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, executing digital marketing campaigns, and overseeing website content. We are looking for a creative and analytical professional who can drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility through effective online strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

. Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn , TikTok, and other platforms.

. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to enhance audience engagement.

. Digital Marketing & Advertising

Website & Content Management:

. Update and maintain website content, ensuring it is optimized for user experience.

. Create and edit blog posts, material descriptions, and landing pages to drive organic traffic.

. Monitor website performance and suggest improvements.

Market Reasearch & Strategy:

. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and building materials and insights.

. Develop innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

. Collaborate with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

. Minimum 2 year of experience in building materials digital marketing in Dubai.

. Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and content marketing.

. Familiarity with WordPress, website management and basic HTML is a plus.

. Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.

. Excellent communication, writing and creative thinking skills.
