Social Media Coordinator (Arabic Speaking) - F&B Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Arabic-speaking Social Media Coordinator

with strong experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will manage our brand's social media presence across multiple platforms, create engaging bilingual content (Arabic & English), and drive online engagement to strengthen our brand identity and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to the F&B industry. Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.). Create and post engaging bilingual content (Arabic & English) including captions, reels, stories, and visuals. Monitor, engage, and respond to customer comments/messages in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote campaigns, offers, and events. Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare regular reports with improvement recommendations. Stay up to date with F&B trends, digital innovations, and competitor activities. Coordinate influencer collaborations and paid advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator/Executive in the F&B industry. Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills. Knowledge of regional culture, trends, and consumer behavior. Skilled in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing apps, etc.). Strong writing skills with creativity in both Arabic & English. Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.). Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
