Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator with expertise in managing social media platforms, executing paid advertising campaigns, and optimizing search engine marketing (SEM) activities. Social Media Management: \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and generate leads. \xc2\xb7 Create and curate compelling content for social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive engagement, increase followers, and build brand loyalty. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. \xc2\xb7 Track and analyze social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Paid Advertising / SEM Campaigns: \xc2\xb7 Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. \xc2\xb7 Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target the right audience and maximize campaign effectiveness. \xc2\xb7 Create engaging ad copy and visuals that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience. \xc2\xb7 Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign ROI. \xc2\xb7 Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and optimize website content accordingly. \xc2\xb7 Manage and monitor pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including bid management, ad copy creation, and ongoing optimization. \xc2\xb7 Analyze SEM data and provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommending actionable improvements. Content Creation and Collaboration: \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the marketing team and senior management, to develop high-quality content for social media and paid advertising campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Generate creative ideas for content, including images, videos, infographics, and blog posts, to engage and attract the target audience. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice across platforms. What we require: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience (2-3 years) working as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role, with a focus on managing social media platforms, paid advertising campaigns, and SEM activities. \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager), and SEM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console). \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and current trends. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in content creation, including copywriting and basic graphic design skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. \xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
