The Social Media Coordinator is liable for developing original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. He / she is responsible for increasing web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies. Responsibilities

- Assist in the development of engaging, creative and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which engage audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
- Support in the creation of relevant post captions and hashtags and ensuring translation is correct and reviewed.
- Act as the voice of BFL Group on the front lines for responses to customer social media DMs, comments and google reviews and other customer contacts during the Support Experience.
- Ensure brand consistency in messages across all social media channels.
- Respond to, track, report on, and highlight the support issues encountered.
- Report based on customer feedback.
- Keep track of customer journeys, interacting with customers across channels and platforms, and coordinating with all internal stakeholders to keep fine-tuning the customer’s experience.
- Deliver responses and follow up in a timely and efficient manner and with a demonstrated commitment to first contact resolution and overall customer satisfaction.
- Answer product questions, make recommendations, coordinate exchanges and returns with the Centralized customer service team.
- Support the Marketing team in the preparation of events, including assisting at the venue on the day of the event.

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing/communications or similar.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic (Arabic is a must)
- A passion for Marketing/social media and community building.
