Job Description

A Social Media Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and executing an organization\'s social media strategy. Their primary responsibilities include: Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia content. Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule social media posts in advance to ensure a consistent and timely online presence. Audience Engagement: Interact with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a sense of community and addressing inquiries or concerns. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and generate reports to evaluate the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Social Media Strategy: Contribute to the development of a social media strategy that aligns with the organization\'s goals and target audience. Monitoring Trends: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, contests, and promotions. Brand Promotion: Ensure that social media profiles and content align with the organization\'s brand identity and messaging. Community Building: Build and nurture an online community around the organization\'s products, services, or causes. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, PR, and customer support to ensure a consistent and coordinated online presence. Crisis Management: Be prepared to handle negative feedback, public relations crises, or social media controversies with professionalism and diplomacy. Platform Management: Stay active on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and others as relevant to the organization. Paid Advertising: Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis. Content Curation: Share relevant industry news, articles, and user-generated content to engage the audience and position the organization as an industry authority. SEO Optimization: Optimize social media profiles and content for search engines to improve visibility and discoverability. Compliance and Guidelines: Ensure that all social media activities adhere to platform guidelines, copyright laws, and relevant regulations. A/B Testing: Experiment with different content types, posting schedules, and strategies to determine what works best for the organization. Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with social media influencers who align with the brand to expand reach and credibility. Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for social media marketing and advertising efforts. Feedback and Improvement: Continuously gather feedback from the audience and team members to refine the social media strategy. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Education:
