Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media Content Specialist who can join our team! The Social Media Content Specialist is responsible for creating content for the different marketing channels using appropriate tone of voice and message. Responsibilities
- Content planning - creating content production plans and calendars and communicating them to the team.
- Copywriting - creating persuasive texts - short and long form for all marketing channels - blog, social media, email, etc.
- Blog writing and maintenance - Knowledge and experience with the process and best practices of blogging, using blogging platforms and publishing/management of blog posts on them.
- Social media communication - Knowledge and experience with the process and best practices of social media communication and marketing.
- Content Performance Tracking - Writing clear and error-free content for a website, blog, social media, email that reflects the company\xe2\x80\x99s voice and achieves communication\xe2\x80\x99s goal.
- Proposing copy concepts in an engaging way for clients and carrying out projects once they are approved.
- Interpreting creative direction and technical information and turning them into persuasive copy concepts.
- Collaborating with the other members of the marketing team to brainstorm and develop a variety of marketing materials.
- Persuasive writing skills, copywriting.
- Excellent IT skills, especially with channel communication software tools.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Pro-activity and creativity.
- Fluent command of English - written and spoken.
- Fluent command of Arabic - written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience producing copy for print and digital media channels.
- Proven success in producing copy for advertising or marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional skill in social media writing, including use of hashtags and relevant acronyms.
- Proficiency with common office software.
- Experience with SEO concepts and social media marketing.
- Creativity, adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Content Writing: 3 years (Required)
- Social Media Content: 3 years (Required)
