What You'll Do:

Social Media Strategy:

Create and execute cutting-edge strategy that elevates brand presence and drives audience engagement and growth.

Community Building:

Engage and grow our communities, collaborate with influencers, and strengthen brand loyalty through authentic interactions and UGC.

Content Creation:

Produce standout content from idea to publish across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn.

Campaign Planning:

Lead creative campaigns that spotlight product launches, events, and key initiatives with compelling brand storytelling.

Performance Analysis:

Track and analyse performance, refining strategies to maximise reach and impact.

?

Trends & Innovation:

Stay ahead of industry trends and adopt new tools to keep Crossfader at the cutting edge.

What We're Looking For:

? A Dubai-based freelancer with 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management, with a portfolio that demonstrates an ability to captivate and grow an audience.

? Proficient video editing skills - this role will require you to edit video content using tools like Capcut, Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.

? Experience with social media tools for scheduling, monitoring, and analysis.

? Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative spirit and a drive for continuous improvement.

? Ability to work part-time with flexible hours.
