About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic

Social Media Manager

with a passion for gaming and short-form video content. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who understands platform trends, knows how to capture audience attention in seconds, and can independently produce viral content across multiple countries and cultures.

You will oversee content creation, community engagement, and performance analytics across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other key platforms--driving both brand awareness and product-focused campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, produce, and manage high-engagement short-form videos (IG Reels, TikTok, Snapchat Spotlight) with a strong focus on product promotion. Create content that resonates with

gaming communities, meme culture

, and internet-first audiences. Continuously adapt creative strategy based on platform algorithms, trending topics, and performance insights. Appear confidently on camera when needed to represent the brand. Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions across platforms. Respond promptly to foster strong community relationships and maintain brand voice. Stay updated with emerging trends, viral formats, and gaming culture shifts. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across platforms. Analyze engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve content performance. Prepare regular reports with insights, learning, and recommendations.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

Soft Skills

Exceptional storytelling abilities and a knack for crafting engaging, relatable content. Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. Highly creative mindset with a drive to stay ahead of digital and cultural trends. Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva). Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and content optimization.

Strong cultural awareness to ensure content resonates across diverse global audiences.

Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand publicly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
