About the Role

3Fils is looking for a

creative, energetic Social Media Content Creator Intern

to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves food, and is excited to capture moments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment filled with bold visuals, strong personalities, and exciting collaborations.

You'll be hands-on from day one, creating real content for real brands across our social platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

Capture and create engaging photo and video content for 3Fils brands Assist in creating content for

Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn

Stay on top of social media trends, formats, sounds, and memes Edit short-form content quickly and creatively for different platforms Support storytelling through behind-the-scenes, food, people, and vibe-driven content Collaborate with chefs, team members, and creators on content ideas Help cover multiple restaurant locations when needed

Who You Are

Naturally creative with a strong visual eye Passionate about social media and digital content Up to date with Gen-Z trends and online culture Comfortable working in lively, high-energy environments Confident, curious, and eager to learn Able to communicate ideas clearly and work as part of a team

What You're Great At

Shooting content using your phone (camera skills are a bonus) Creating fun, engaging, and on-brand social media content Editing quickly using mobile or desktop tools Writing captions with personality and clarity

Requirements

Strong fluency in English with good copywriting skills Arabic is a plus Familiarity with social media platforms and trends Must be mobile and able to move between restaurant locations (driving license is a plus) Must be hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working on-site
