We're Hiring: Social Media Content Creator - Dunkin' UAE

ABOUT THE ROLE

Dunkin' UAE is looking for a creator who understands how Gen Z consumes content. Someone who turns everyday moments into videos people want to watch on loop. Your style should feel real and unfiltered, just like influencers do. Think talk-to-camera storytelling, funny voiceovers, aesthetic chaos, behind-the-scenes at stores, trying new drinks, donut reviews and catchy trends that make people stop scrolling.

You will not only make content, but you will also shape how Dunkin' shows up online. You will manage the social pages, spot trends before they peak, and build a content plan that keeps Dunkin' fun, fresh and viral.

What you'll do:

Create short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok Script, shoot, edit and publish content from start to finish Use CapCut confidently including SFX, subtitles, trending templates and sound sync Add strong hooks, trending audios and scroll-stopping captions Build weekly and monthly content calendars Manage Dunkin' UAE social accounts and engage with the audience Research trends daily and adapt them to the Dunkin' tone of voice Track content performance to help guide future ideas Create content during activations, store launches and collaborations

Must-Haves:

Proven experience making organic, influencer-style videos Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills Advanced CapCut editing including SFX, overlays and subtitles Understanding of content strategy such as hooks, trends and timing Ability to manage content calendars and write engaging captions Gen Z energy, humor and online communication style Portfolio links are mandatory including TikTok or Reels Applications without video links will not be considered.

Bonus Skills:

Comfortable appearing on camera when needed Experience managing brand social pages Understanding of metrics such as retention, reach and shareability Aesthetic phone photography or thumbnail skills
