Position Overview

We are seeking a

creative, detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and managing engaging content across all major social media platforms to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

Develop and execute creative content ideas (images, videos, stories, reels, graphics, etc.) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals. Plan and manage a consistent content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content. Hands-on skills in video editing, photography, printing, and graphic design will be added value.

Community Engagement

Monitor and respond to audience interactions (comments, DMs, mentions) in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications

Bachelor's, or fresh graduate in Communications, Media, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. Strong creative skills in writing, photography, and short-form video creation. Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing platforms. Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and platform algorithms. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Passion for trends, storytelling, and engaging digital experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
