Job Title: Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and artistic Social Media Manager who has a strong eye for design and storytelling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually attractive content, managing our brand's social media presence, and ensuring our Instagram grid and overall profiles look aesthetic, professional, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

Design and maintain a cohesive Instagram grid with proper color mapping and theme consistency.

Create eye-catching graphics, posts, and stories using Canva (or similar tools).

Edit high-quality videos and reels using CapCut (or other editing apps).

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit trendy, engaging reels to grow brand visibility.

Write captions, add hashtags, and upload content with attention to detail.

Monitor analytics and insights to track performance and suggest improvements.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends and apply them creatively.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing aesthetic Instagram grids and reel edits.

Excellent command of Canva and CapCut.

Creative mindset with an eye for design, storytelling, and trends.

Basic knowledge of social media analytics and engagement strategies.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

Experience in brand building and growing pages organically.

Understanding of color theory, layouts, and visual storytelling.

Familiarity with other editing/design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc. is a plus).
