Job Description

The City Vet Clinic is looking for a skilled Social Media Content Creator to manage and grow our social media presence, engaging with our audience and creating captivating content that highlights our services, expertise, and passion for animal care. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking social media strategies across platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management:

Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with The City Vet Clinic's brand identity and goals. Manage day-to-day operations across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok), including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.

Content Creation:

Produce engaging and informative content, including posts, stories, reels, videos, and blogs, focused on pet care, clinic updates, client testimonials, and educational content. Collaborate with the team to create content calendars and ensure a consistent posting schedule. Take photos and videos on-site, capturing moments with pets, team highlights, and client interactions to showcase the clinic's atmosphere.

Audience Engagement & Growth:

Engage with the online community, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely, professional manner. Implement growth strategies to expand our follower base, encourage interaction, and promote services. Run occasional social media contests, polls, and campaigns to enhance engagement and brand visibility.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on data to optimize reach and engagement. Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and pet industry developments to keep content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:

Experience:

3+ years as a Social Media Specialist or Content Creator, preferably in the pet care or veterinary field.

Creativity & Communication:

Excellent creative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft messages that resonate with our audience.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple platforms, plan content calendars, and meet deadlines.
