Staying up to date with social media trends
Minimal moderation and handling of customer queries in a friendly and an engaging manner
Create highly engaging social media content, campaigns, video scripts and ideas that are aligned with the strategy.
Monitor the effect of the created posts on social media to enhance accordingly
