We are seeking a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to drive brand visibility and lead generation. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, on-brand content, primarily short-form video--that showcases our listings, team culture, and local neighborhood expertise across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing:
Plan, shoot, and edit high-impact short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) including property walkthroughs, "day-in-the-life" agent stories, and client testimonials.
Platform-Specific Strategy:
Tailor content for diverse audiences: high-aesthetic visuals for Instagram, casual/authentic tours for TikTok, and professional market insights for LinkedIn.
Content Calendar Management:
Develop and maintain a 60-post monthly calendar ensuring a consistent mix of "Just Sold" showcases, educational tips, and neighborhood spotlights.
