MediGrow is looking for a proactive and organised Social Media & Content Coordinator to work closely with our doctors, creative team, and internal execution team.
This role is meant for someone who understands how social media works, enjoys being involved in content creation, and can manage the entire process smoothly from planning to posting.

You will be working

closely with the MediGrow Manager

report directly to the Founder

, making you a key part of how the brand and our doctors show up online.

ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Shoot Coordination

Coordinate and manage photoshoots and video shoots with doctors. Work alongside videographers and photographers--plan shot lists, ensure clarity, manage flow, and maintain quality. Support doctors during shoots so the entire process feels organized and smooth.

Social Media Posting & Execution

Handle

on Instagram and TikTok using all in-app features (covers, captions, audio, tagging, filters, and posting tools). Optimize every post for maximum reach and engagement. Maintain a consistent posting calendar and ensure all uploads go out on time.

Communication & Workflow Management

Act as the link between doctors, the creative team, and the MediGroww internal team. Collect feedback, coordinate revisions, and ensure content is delivered exactly as required. Keep all records organized--content schedules, approvals, shoot plans, and posting timelines. Report regular updates to the MediGrow Manager and Founder.

Requirements

Must be based in Dubai with the ability to commute to Dubai Healthcare City. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of Instagram & TikTok posting practices and trends. Comfortable being involved in shoots and guiding the creative team. Experience in healthcare or media is an advantage. Resident/Spouse Visa preferred. Organized, proactive, and able to handle a dynamic workflow.
