What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For

• A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications is preferred.
  
• Previous experience and an interest in Marketing, Luxury Retail, or the Food and Beverage sector is Advantageous.
  
• Previous experience Creating Content for TikTok and YouTube is a plus.
  
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring that every aspect of the operation is Curated to Perfection.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
  
• Next-Level Organisational and Time-Management skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
  
• Skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates, Curates, and Manages content across various Social Media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  
• Skillfully enhances FIVE\xe2\x80\x99s online Reputation by Monitoring Online Reviews, Responding to Feedback, and Addressing Guest concerns in a \xe2\x80\x98FIVE-Styled\xe2\x80\x99 Fashion.
  
• Monitors and Actively Engages with the Online Community, responding to Comments, Questions, and Reviews, Elevating FIVE\'s Community Management to New Heights.
  
• Produces Insta-Worthy Copy and Responses that Communicate FIVE\xe2\x80\x99s famed \xe2\x80\x98Vibe at FIVE.\xe2\x80\x99
  
• Crafts Sensational content that highlights FIVE\xe2\x80\x99s Award-Winning Dining and Nightlife offerings and Promotions, while respecting FIVE\xe2\x80\x99s Unparalleled Tone of Voice.
  
• Acts as the Brand Guardian, ensuring that all written Content and Comments maintain a Consistent Tone, Style, and Messaging across all platforms.
  
• Creates and follows a regular Posting Schedule, ensuring Top-Notch Consistency with sharing content.
  
• Reviews content for accuracy, grammar, and style, ensuring High-Quality and error-free materials.
  
• Tracks and analyses key Social Media metrics to assess the performance of campaigns and content.
  
• Exquisitely Prepares and Distributes Social Media reports that consistently Set the Gold Standard.
  
• Supports on photo shoots, Copywriting \xe2\x80\x98FIVE-Star\xe2\x80\x99 responses, and Attends Events and Activations to capture video content for Social Media Stories.
  
• Assists with Addressing Customer Issues from all Social Media platforms and coordinates with the relevant Department to Deliver Exceptional Customer Service.
  
• Monitors and Manages online Review Platforms, responding to comments with a First-in-Class Style.
  
• Builds and Fosters an Engaged Community who are Active, to Maintain FIVE\xe2\x80\x99s Competitive Edge.
