Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms.
Conduct audience research and create targeted ad sets based on demographic, behavioral, and interest data.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and messaging.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
Test new channels, ad formats, and bidding strategies for ongoing performance improvement.
Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in paid social media advertising or digital media buying.
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.
