Role Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Branding Executive with a background in the education sector to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing social media campaigns, PR initiatives, branding materials, and digital content that will enhance the visibility and reputation of our university.

The ideal candidate is a young, energetic graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities



Social Media & Content Creation



Develop and implement engaging content across all social media platforms: Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and ROI. Link social media ads and campaigns to the university website to drive traffic and student applications. Create PR content, press releases, and notions to highlight the university's achievements, events, and academic excellence. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and engagement.

Branding & Design



Design and produce visually appealing flyers, brochures, banners, roll-ups, and other promotional materials. Maintain consistency of brand voice and identity across all communication channels. Support university-wide branding initiatives to increase visibility among prospective students and stakeholders.

Engagement & PR



Build relationships with media, influencers, and educational stakeholders to strengthen PR presence. Support events, open days, and induction ceremonies, ensuring maximum exposure through social media and press. Promote the university to relevant audiences through creative campaigns and partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (mandatory). Experience or strong interest in social media marketing in the education sector. Ability to create and manage digital campaigns (paid ads, SEO, SEM). Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar). Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/French is a plus). Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced academic environment. Fresh graduates with strong skills and motivation are encouraged to apply.
