We are seeking a talented Social Media and SEO Specialist to enhance our online presence, engage with our community, and drive patient acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels). Create engaging, high-quality, and culturally sensitive content (text, image, and video) tailored to our target audience in Dubai and the wider UAE. Manage social media content calendars, scheduling posts, and ensuring a consistent brand voice. Monitor social media channels for patient inquiries, comments, and feedback, responding in a timely and professional manner (community management). Run targeted paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the healthcare industry in Dubai. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content and website optimization. Implement on-page SEO best practices for website content, blog posts, and landing pages to improve search engine rankings. Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building and local SEO efforts. Optimize our Google My Business profile and other local directory listings. Monitor website traffic, rankings, and other SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with web developers to ensure website optimization. Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare regular SEO performance reports. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive online marketing efforts. Contribute to content marketing strategies by identifying relevant topics and optimizing content for search and social media. Assist in managing the clinic's online reputation and patient reviews. Understand and adhere to UAE healthcare advertising regulations and best practices.
