Job Description

Key Responsibilities for Social Media Management

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.). Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the audience. Track performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports.

Content Creation

Produce high-quality visual and written content aligned with the brand identity. Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and creative campaigns. Work closely with designers and photographers to create compelling marketing materials.

Marketing Campaigns

Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns that support business goals. Assist in creating brochures, promotional materials, email campaigns, and advertisements. Manage paid social media ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to maximize reach and conversions.

Brand & Market Development

Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and messaging. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Suggest new strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Collaboration & Coordination

Work with sales, operations, and management teams to support company initiatives. Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and external partners.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends. Excellent writing and communication skills. Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus). Basic knowledge of paid advertising platforms and analytics tools. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Photography or videography knowledge Experience in real estate marketing (preferrably) SEO and website management skills
