Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our growing team as a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator. As the first employee of our brand, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence, coordinating marketing strategies, and driving engagement with our target audience. Responsibilities: Social Media Management:Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with the brand\'s tone and style.
Create engaging and shareable content featuring our products to increase brand awareness.
Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages across social platforms. Content Creation:Generate captivating visuals and copy for social media posts, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
Collaborate with the founder to ideate and create marketing materials for various channels. Influencer Marketing:Identify and connect with influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
Negotiate and establish partnerships for influencer marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze the impact of influencer collaborations on brand visibility and sales. Marketing Coordination:Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive product sales.
Collaborate with the founder to explore new marketing opportunities and channels.
Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Flexibility and Collaboration:Be adaptable to handle various marketing tasks as required by a startup environment.
Work closely with the founder to align marketing efforts with the overall business strategy. Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Familiarity with the Middle East market and an understanding of cultural nuances.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for influencer partnerships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup setting.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
