GROUP SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Job brief:
The Group Head of Social Media will be in charge of the group’s interactions with the public through the various companies’ social media platforms using a unified voice. The head of group social media will devise and implement content strategies and collect engagement data. Social Media Manager also will identify trends among customer interactions to help plan digital campaigns that build brand loyalty.
We are looking for an experienced and talented Social Media Manager to administer and coordinate our group social media accounts. The manager will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. He/She will manage our groups image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle all our social media presence ensuring consistent branding, high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
? Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
? Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
? Set specific objectives and report on ROI
? Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos and news)
? Monitor SEO and social media channel, web traffic metrics
? Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
? Handle media communications and prepare PR letters when required
? Interact with group company managers at a global level and coordinate the respective social media activities with them
? Report to the Head of Marketing and prepare activity reports
? Prepare Social Media Plan for the group and subsidiary companies being able to draft budget plans and implement them
? Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
? Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, Instagram thumbnails, Twitter accounts covers, YouTube Banners & thumbnails, LinkedIn page covers, profiles pictures, blogs layout, etc.)
? Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
? Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Requirements & Skills:
? Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager (at least 3 experience years in a corporate level environment)
? Experience in a financial service, fintech, online brokerage space will be preferred
? Hands on experience in content management
? Influencers marketing experience is desirable
? Community management skills is a plus
? Excellent copywriting skills
? Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
? Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
? Certified by a social media management authority would be useful
? Knowledge of online marketing channels
? Familiarity with web design
? Familiarity with advanced social media management platforms like Hootsuite, Social Pilot, Loomly, Sprout, and popular CRM solutions.
? Excellent communication skills
? Analytical and multitasking skills
? BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
