Job Title: Social Media Handler / Social Media Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Handler to manage our social media platforms. The candidate will create content, post regularly, reply to messages, and help grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
Create and post photos, videos, reels, and stories
Write simple and attractive captions
Reply to customer messages and comments politely
Promote offers, services, and new products
Plan weekly or monthly content calendars
Monitor page performance (likes, reach, engagement)
Coordinate with management for promotions and campaigns
Maintain brand image and professionalism online
Requirements
Basic knowledge of social media platforms
Good communication skills (English / local language)
Creativity and interest in digital marketing
Basic photo/video editing skills (mobile apps are enough)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
Preferred Skills
Canva or similar design tools
Reels and short video editing
Understanding of trends and hashtags
Customer-handling experience
Working Hours
Part-time / Full-time (as per requirement)
