Job Description

Relevant experience in an integrated communication agency is a must. The candidate must be able to deliver results both in terms of business development, team management, client retention and growth. Should be a management graduate with specialization in the relevant department and have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant agency experience handling multiple clients. Hands-on experience in developing influencer marketing plans, The candidate should bring in new practices, performance standards that are of the best in the industry as per global standards. This includes Exceptional leadership, Motivational skills, administrative skills, Product knowledge, Writing skills, Presentation skills, Client Management, Business development skills, Interpersonal skills, Team building ability, Time Management and Multitasking abilities. The role comprises managing and developing a group of accounts which is not less than 30 new clients/projects, new clients on a retainer period of one year or a minimum of 6 months. Account Manager - Social Media Marketing & Multimedia PR is expected to reflect the vision and the Q2FM progressive communication ethos, provide world-class services to the clients and ensure the client requirements are addressed in a timely and effective manner. He/she will closely work on developing internal and external reporting systems for each client assignment. The primary role is to be able to lead the Digital and Social media marketing practice as an independent profit centre by generating revenues and achieving the targets set: KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS Service existing and new clients Develop periodic media marketing strategies, content, delivery, and reporting. Exceed client KPI Manage, Motivate and Monitor Overall performance of the team Target Achievement of PR, social media, Influencer Marketing, and performance marketing verticals Maintain excellent media relation in all beats of social media & Multimedia PR Expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with all digital channels. Success in optimizing products and services based on client needs. Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally. Ability to multi-task across multiple projects. Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters, and build a strong, long-term client relationship. Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements. Suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI. Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner. Report and analyze all social media channels, websites, and digital campaigns and communicate it with clients. Analyze digital campaigns success Stay up to date with digital technology trends Manage task assignment and management in the team's Project Management system Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
