Role Overview

We're looking for an animation-obsessed creative producer who can rapidly turn ideas into short-form videos, images, animations, and memes that travel fast in the crypto ecosystem.

The role is execution-heavy and requires strong visual sensibility, meme culture awareness, and comfort working with emerging AI tools to create daily content (animated videos & statics) at speed.

You won't be planning calendars or managing communities. You'll be creating animated videos & static content for promoting the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Create 1 short-form animated video and 2-3 static images daily for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and X) Produce shareable content/memes (static & animated) that are culturally relevant and platform-native Develop short motion graphics and animations Translate themes into multiple visual formats
Platform & Culture Awareness

Create content optimised for TikTok, Instagram, and X Understand shareable content/meme culture, internet language, and virality mechanics Stay current with online trends

Skills & Requirements

3 to 4 years of experience in the field of making animated videos & designing statics Strong visual design and motion sense Proven experience creating shareable and social media-style content Advanced working knowledge of Photoshop Experienced in using AI image generators (e.g. DALLE or similar) and creating video animations using tools such as Kling, Pika, or similar AI video platforms Self-motivated with strong time management skills and a startup mindset Ability to execute quickly without constant supervision
