Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, social-savvy

Social Content Creator

to join our in-house team. You'll be responsible for planning, capturing, and editing native-style video content that feels real, fresh, and made for the feed. From UGC-style Reels and TikToks to behind-the-scenes moments, trends, and personality-driven content -- you know what works, and you know how to make it fast and engaging.

This role is ideal for someone who lives on social media, understands platform nuances, and has a strong sense of storytelling, editing rhythm, and creative trends.

Key Responsibilities

Concept, shoot, and edit high-performing social content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat Stay on top of trends, memes, and moments, bringing relevant and reactive content ideas to the team daily Work closely with social and creative teams to align on tone, audience, and messaging per brand Capture short-form content during shoots, activations, BTS moments, and IRL events Create UGC-style content in vertical formats with attention to fast cuts, hooks, subtitling, and retention Edit content using platform-optimized techniques (transitions, sound syncing, text overlays, etc.) Occasionally appear in or voice over content if needed, depending on concept Organize content libraries and manage assets for internal and client use

Qualifications

2+ years experience in content creation, social media, or video editing Fluent in short-form storytelling and UGC-style editing techniques Advanced knowledge of TikTok and Reels trends, formats, and algorithm behavior Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) Comfort with using a smartphone camera, gimbal, and basic video gear Ability to self-direct, shoot in a scrappy way, and still deliver polished results Experience working with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands Portfolio or Instagram/TikTok showcasing your content work required

Nice to Have

Motion graphics or animation experience Knowledge of analytics and performance tracking On-camera presence or influencer management experience Arabic language skills
