for Quantity surveyor -male , 5 years experience
Experience in GRG & Fit out Is preferred
Study of the project contracts and understanding of scope of works.
? Preparation and submission of Interim Payment Application to client.
? Monitoring of site progress in coordination of planning team for raising invoices.
? Assisting in notification of variations scope upon receipt of site instructions from client.
? Maintain day works records and material on site report.
? Coordination with project management team for updating and tracking of claims.
? Preparation of Daily, weekly and Monthly reports as required for commercial related items.
? Create progress measurement procedures of the project including determination of weight factors
? Assisting in recording the delays due to various reasons at site and notifying the same to client through daily and weekly reports.
? Maintaining variations and commercial site instruction log.
? Follow up with client for timely receipt of progress payments.
? Provide assistance to Department's Manager in the operations and develop periodic updates and comparison of current status with baselines.
? Verifications of subcontractors invoices upon receipt
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
