A leading joinery & furniture company in Dubai is looking

Candidate must be have UAE experience of minimum 5 years in similar industry and must be available in UAE to have a face to face interview.

Manage whole production process starting from take-off of a BOQ to completion of the Project, which includes kick-off meetings, planning & scheduling engineering and production. Ensure on time sample submissions, procurements (especially specified and import items), and scheduling deliveries.

Effectively manage shop floor teams (approx. 400 craftsmen) of Foremen, Carpenters & Painters, Coordinators, Clerks and maintaining the balance of workers in all sections for the manufacturing and installation of Joinery Items and solid surfaces.

Production planning, management, and work schedules - to assign execution targets for each project to the project teams.

Ensure high level of accuracy, consistent quality and finishes to all the products

Accurate interpretation of detailed drawing and proper planning.

Ensure carrying out of set tasks and projects within agreed timescale whilst meeting agreed budgetary constraints and requirements.

Ensure compliance with the production schedule and on-time delivery.

Ensure minimized raw material wastage and wherever possible recycle manufacturing waste for alternative use within the factory operation

Meeting with clients and suppliers, when required.

Assist in recruitment of workforce.

Ensure maintenance of machineries and other company assets.

Working closely with the relative departments, operations manager and GM to achieve goals of the organization.

Update production & delivery schedule and provide daily / weekly / monthly work reports to the concerned.

Accountable for leading the whole production process.

Ensure proper HSE Maintenance

Provide training and motivate for the production team.

Liaise with Estimation, Engineering, Procurement, Projects and Accounts.

Risk Analysis. Identify, notify and assist in EOT requisition and any variations.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
