We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and health-conscious Smoothie and Juice Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nutrition and customer service, with the ability to prepare high-quality smoothies, juices, and wellness beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide variety of smoothies, juices, and other beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
Wash, peel, cut, and juice fresh fruits and vegetables daily.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, blenders, juicers, utensils, and equipment.
Monitor and restock inventory, ensuring fresh ingredients are available at all times.
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to customers.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly.
Upsell and suggest beverage add-ons and wellness boosts.
Handle cash and electronic payments accurately (if applicable).
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
Prior experience in food service or beverage preparation is a plus.
Basic knowledge of health foods, superfoods, and dietary options is an advantage.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and multitask under pressure.
Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
