Currently, our Kicks Launch Team is in search of an SMM Specialist, who will manage official social media accounts, craft engaging content, drive audience growth through targeted strategies, and analyze performance metrics to constantly refine the content plan
Responsibilities:

- Managing the company`s official Twitter, Discord, and Telegram accounts
- Developing concepts for content, including topic research, competitor analysis, and review of Western blogs, as well as proposing new ideas
- Coordination and implementation of content promotion strategy in accordance with set goals
- Interaction with KOLs and influencers to effectively influence the target audience
- Monitoring trends in social networks and the crypto industry to quickly respond and introduce relevant topics into the content plan
- Organizing and conducting competitions, sweepstakes, and other interactive events to attract the attention of the audience
- Analyzing the effectiveness of the content strategy through metrics and analytics, followed by making adjustments to improve performance
- Knowledge of the processes of creating content plans, the ability to generate non-standard ideas, as well as a creative approach to work
- Deep knowledge of SMM strategies including key social networks and metrics, as well as experience working collaboratively with SMM specialists, including coordinating or creating commercial proposals, developing headings, design
- Ability to write and speak in English fluently
- Experience as a content manager in the crypto industry for at least 1 year
- Skills in the clear and accessible presentation of complex concepts, ability to effectively process large volumes of information, highlight key points, and structure material
- Advanced copywriting skills
- Experience with Twitter (X), Discord, and Telegram, including the creation of mechanisms to increase participation and conduct competitive activities of various frequencies (situational, daily, weekly)
- Experience working with influencers on Twitter, Telegram, YouTube
