We are looking for an experienced
Finacle Subject Matter Expert (SME)
to join our team onsite in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience inFinacle Core Banking Systems
, with expertise across multiple modules. This role requires strong technical knowledge, business understanding, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, support, and enhancement of Finacle solutions.Key Responsibilities
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for
Finacle Core Banking
modules. Work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions. Provide support forimplementation, customization, configuration, and integration
of Finacle systems. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within Finacle. Ensure compliance withbanking regulations, quality standards, and project timelines
. Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of Finacle-related projects. Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge transfer.Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
10 years of experience
inFinacle Core Banking Systems
. In-depth expertise in Finacle modules such asCustomer, Accounts, Deposits, Payments, Loans, Treasury
. Strong understanding ofcore banking processes and workflows
. Hands-on experience inrequirement gathering, gap analysis, system implementation, and production support
. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.Job Type: Full-time
