About the role:

To serve as a technical leader for the BASE24 team, driving multiple platform enhancement projects. Responsibilities

Drive the Platform Enhancement Projects. Own the complete BASE24 Platform enhancement projects from initiation to Production deployment. Lead projects through all phases, including code review and risk assessment. Evaluate and select suitable tools/products for managing projects effectively. Ensure adherence to quality processes and standards. Provide technical support and develop a strong understanding of project impacts on BAU. Lead the global BASE24 platform enhancement team. Perform periodic system reviews to ensure performance standards. Support testing during all project development phases. Stay updated with industry standards and ensure system compliance. Qualifications

Strong knowledge of system devices and platforms such as BASE24-POS, BASE24-ATM, BASE24-eps, BASE24-TSS, HP NonStop systems, and related tools and protocols. Experience with transaction switches, especially BASE24-Classic & BASE24-EPS; UPF experience is a plus. Proven expertise in designing, testing, and implementing ATM and POS systems using BASE24 on HP NonStop hardware. Solution-driven SME in Card Payments, with leadership experience in multicultural teams. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments. Knowledge of Oracle Goldengate, BASE24 architecture, VISA/MC/CUP/AMEX/DINERS interfaces, and performance review of HP-NonStop and BASE24 systems. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. Legal authorization to work in the country of employment. Seniority level
