Stay up-to-date with the latest smart home trends, launches, and market innovations
Educate customers on the features and functionality of devices such as smart lighting, thermostats, surveillance systems, and voice assistants
Provide clear technical guidance during the purchase decision-making process
**Sales Strategy & Performance**
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed individual sales targets
Monitor competitor offerings and identify opportunities to strengthen Sharaf DG's smart home portfolio
Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback
**Operational & Administrative Tasks**
Maintain accurate records in the customer database and CRM
Prepare quotes, contracts, and necessary documents for order processing
Follow up with leads and assist in resolving any post-sales concerns or complaints
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in smart home technology, consumer electronics, or related industry
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Quick learner with the ability to explain complex technology in simple terms
Self-motivated, professional, and organized
Valid UAE driving license and access to personal transportation
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evening events, as needed
