Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in-store, online, or via field visits to present smart home solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, compatibility, and installation processes
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend personalized smart home packages
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies
  • Develop and execute plans to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts
  • Update customer database and maintain complete sales activity records
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and post-sale support professionally
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and installation
  • Attend trade shows and events to represent Sharaf DG\'s smart home product line
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in smart home technology or consumer electronics
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Technical understanding of smart home products and willingness to learn
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and goal-oriented approach
  • Valid UAE driving license and personal transportation required
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and attend events when necessary
