Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Facialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various skin types and conditions, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to delivering outstanding facial treatments and skincare solutions. You will be responsible for performing a range of facial services, recommending appropriate products, and ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Facial Treatment Delivery:

Perform a variety of facial treatments, including but not limited to: Deep cleansing facials Blackhead and blemish extractions Hydrating and nourishing facials Anti-aging and rejuvenating facials Acne treatment facials Facial massage techniques Mask application Operate and maintain facial equipment

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients. Ensure a comfortable, serene, and professional environment for all clients. Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.

Sanitation & Safety:

Adhere strictly to all sanitation, sterilization, and hygiene protocols for tools, equipment, and treatment rooms as per industry and company standards. Ensure client safety and comfort during all procedures.

Qualifications:

Female Training or certification in skincare therapy/facial 3-5 years of proven experience as a Facialist or Skincare Therapist in a spa or clinic setting. Demonstrated expertise in skin analysis, various facial techniques, and product knowledge. Proficiency in performing extractions (blackheads, milia, etc.) with precision and care. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills. Strong sales acumen with a passion for educating clients on skincare. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and appearance. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
