Provide personalized skincare consultations tailored to client needs Offer expert guidance on our skincare, hair, and beauty product lines Drive product sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge Meet monthly sales and performance goals Maintain a welcoming, clean, and professional treatment area Build lasting relationships with clients through follow-ups and great service
What We're Looking For:
At least
1 year of experience
in skincare, beauty consulting, or facial services Background inretail beauty sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with a passion for the beauty industry Able to work flexible hours, including weekendsCompensation & Benefits:
Fixed salary plus
