Al Tayer Insignia - Skincare Advisor Job Purpose To deliver excellent customer service through: Identifying customer needs, offering advice and demonstrating suitable products; building relationships with key customers and ensuring store standards are maintained in order to achieve sales targets and cultivate customer loyalty
Essential Roles and Responsibilities . Welcome customers into the store; identify their needs through asking questions; recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; recommend link products; close the sale; provide professional till point service; follow up with regular customers; maintain personal grooming standards; deal professionally with customer complaints. Advise customers about promotions in store.
. Offer Facial Massage services to select customers by prior appointment with a view to build lasting relationships with key customers cultivate brand loyalty and boost sales.
. As per the standards set out in the operating manual, ensure product / hygiene guidelines
. Merchandise products as per Brand guidelines
. Rotate stocks to ensure that existing stock is displayed in front of new items on the shelves.
. Maintain housekeeping standards, including window displays
. Check stock levels daily and recommend orders to the Department Manager / Department Supervisor in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.
. Ensure all store and office administration, as per manageraEUR(TM)s request, is completed accurately and on time, including customer database cards. Job Requirements Education/Certification and Continued Education Training in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology
Years of Experience 1 to 2 years retail sales or customer service experience in the beauty industry Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job
