In the role of Housekeeping Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to maintain our properties at the utmost level of cleanliness and organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations for all properties under our management. Ensure all properties are meticulously cleaned and prepared in accordance with our high-quality standards before guest arrivals. Manage a team of housekeeping personnel, ensuring they receive proper training and have the necessary equipment for their tasks. Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring items are well-maintained and restocked as required. Guarantee all housekeeping activities are carried out safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations. Collaborate closely with other departments, including maintenance and guest services, to promptly and professionally meet all guest needs. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping management or a related field, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to work seamlessly with a diverse team of staff and guests.
• A keen eye for detail and a firm commitment to delivering top-tier service to our guests.
• Proficiency in housekeeping and cleaning techniques, along with the ability to train and supervise staff in these areas.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, as dictated by the business\'s needs.
