Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and certified
Six Sigma Trainer
to deliver professional training programs onLean Six Sigma methodologies
across various levels (Yellow, Green, and Black Belt). The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging sessions that combine theoretical understanding with real-world process improvement applications.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver
Lean Six Sigma training programs
(Yellow, Green, and/or Black Belt levels) in accordance with international standards. Explain and demonstrate core Six Sigma tools and concepts, including: DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) Process mapping and improvement Root cause analysis and problem-solving tools Statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making Lean principles (waste elimination, value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen) Prepare course materials, case studies, exercises, and certification assessments. Conduct interactive and practical sessions usingreal-world case studies
anddata analysis
examples. Mentor and guide participants through project work and certification requirements. Assess learner performance and provide feedback to ensure understanding and practical application.Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Engineering
,Business Administration
,Industrial Management
, or related field.Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
certification (fromASQ
,IASSC
, or equivalent)required
. Minimum3-5 years of experience
in process improvement, quality management, or operational excellence. Proven experience intraining delivery
andcurriculum development
. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.Job Type: Part-time
